Reporting is anonymous!
To guarantee complete anonymity and impartiality in registering reports, the Company has entered into an agreement with an external independent service provider — Ethicontrol LLC.
The provider’s task is to organize the independent registration of calls and reports through an anonymous web portal, as well as to protect the anonymity of whistleblowers. If you do not want to reveal yourself, no one will do so without your consent. The information you provide is confidential within the limits permitted by applicable law.
What happens after your report is registered?
- You will receive a secret feedback code, with which you can later check the status of the response to your report.
- The external contractor registers your report and sends it to authorized persons at Delta Medical for initial analysis.
- The initial analysis involves assessing your information for sufficiency, prioritization, and forwarding it to the responsible persons to resolve this issue.
- During the analysis, if information is insufficient, the review of your issue may be suspended until you answer additional questions through the Feedback Web Center.
- Each report is assigned a responsible person and a team that investigates the incident and must resolve your issue.
- The team of responsible persons contacts you within 30 days from the date the report is registered, informs you of the status of your report, and requests and receives additional information about the results of the investigation and the response measures.
- Through the Feedback Web Center you can communicate anonymously with the team of responsible persons and share additional files if necessary. In the web center settings, you can change your access details and add or change contact information. If you wish, you can leave an email address to receive automatic notifications about changes in the processing status of your report or the receipt of comments from the Company.
- After the review of your report is completed, you can rate and provide comments on the work of the responsible persons and the response measures through the Feedback Web Center.
