Delta Medical is a Swiss pharmaceutical company that has operated in Ukraine and wider markets across Eurasia and the Caucasus for more than 25 years. This month the company was named one of Ukraine’s 100 best employers for 2026 in the annual “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest,” run with the Delo.ua business portal. Delta Medical placed 42nd overall and 4th among pharmaceutical companies. Winners were announced on July 8 at the HR Wisdom Summit in Kyiv, following an independent expert jury assessment and open online voting.
Ukraine has many strong employers, and this year’s list makes that clear: Kernel, DTEK, Kyivstar, Farmak, Naftogaz, PrivatBank, Nova Poshta, and dozens more that thousands of people are proud to work for. Among pharmaceutical companies, Farmak, Teva, and Darnitsa placed ahead of Delta Medical, with Acino close behind at 44th. It is good company to be in.
The company’s HR Director, Olga Volchenko, was also named to the companion TOP-50 HRD rating for 2026, which recognizes Ukraine’s leading HR directors.
